Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden presents Yayoi Kusama at Fairchild now on view through May 30, 2010. Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama is known for her distinctive sculptures and paintings that involve hand-worked repetition and bold patterning. Three groupings of work exhibited: the exuberant new sculptural ensemble Flowers that Bloom at Midnight, vividly painted, giant cast flowers between 5 and 16 feet in height; a group of her classic Pumpkins; and a multi-part floating work entitled Guidepost to the New Space, specifically conceived for Fairchild, consisting of rounded forms in fire-engine red with white polka dots protruding from one of Fairchild's large garden ponds. This will be the first time anywhere in the world that all these sculptures have been shown together in an outdoor setting. "Yayoi Kusama at Fairchild" is part of an annual exhibition series in support of the Garden's conservation work and educational and outreach programs. Fairchild is open daily (except Christmas) from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Admission is $20 for adults, $15 for seniors, $10 for children 6-17 and free to Fairchild members and children 5 and under.

Instead the watch seems to be held together mostly by diamonds, rubies and red tinted mineral glassCase is 42mm wide in White gold, with the thorough assortment of diamonds and rubies being carried over to most of the bracelet. The style of this high cost fashion watch is impressive with a rhyme and reason to the jewel layout. The dial skeletonization is uniquely done, and the views of the movement are quite pretty. I like the use of the large pyramid-cut ruby as the palette over the tourbillon. Price for this piece unique Dior watch was 1.3 million Swiss Francs. This Dior Christal Tourbillon Diamonds and Rubies watch has been nominated to be included in the awards for the 2009 Geneva Grand Prix d'Horlogerie.

CHRIS BOARDMAN'S THEFT-PROOF & PUNCTURE-FREE BICYCLE
Olympic cyclist Chris Boardman was today unveiling a design that he believes will be an everyday product within 20 years. The 40-year-old said the technology was already available, it just needed the will to put it all together.
The new bike includes an inbuilt computer system incorporating an 'unbreakable' locking device that allows only the owner to open it via fingerprint recognition
A mini computer on the handlebars counts the calories the cyclist is burning by monitoring each turn of the pedals.

WOW My 100th Post
To me this is an accomplishment. From not know how to even get a blog to learning how to use it. Now i have posted over a 100 post on my own blog. I see life threw camera lens so why not blog that way. Im bout to venture off into own my own production company and i will soon create my own blog for it.
